From initial enquiry to final installation of replacement composite patio doors the service could not be faulted. The installation team of Ally & Nathan completed the removal of existing doors and installing of the new doors in just over an hour including clearing up, removal of materials and sweep through. From the minute I walked into the showroom I was made to feel like a valued customer and had decided right there and then to use Highland Homestyle to replace our back door and windows. Cheryl was fantastic and gave good advice and support in choosing what was right for us. She was also very accommodating when it came to arranging a fitting date and Ally and Nathan who we were lucky enough to have as our fitters were both highly skilled and amazing at their jobs. They both worked almost non-stop to ensure the job was finished in one day. Have had neighbours use different companies and they all spoke about the mess they had to clean up when the job was finished, but Ally and Nathan left our house immaculate. Can't rate Highland Homestyle high enough and will definitely be going back to see Cheryl when we replace the front door and windows this summer. We chose Highland Homestyle to fit our new windows & door as they are a small, local company with a good reputation. Sean, the sales manager, initially came out and went over what we wanted, there was no pushy salesmen technique and he really listened to our needs, even when we changed our mind a few times. Pamela kept us informed of every step of the process and David & Andy were out last week to fit the windows. They did an amazing & professional job despite the freezing weather conditions. The house is a bit of a project and the windows have made a huge improvement both outside and inside. We could not be happier with the result. Just purchased new composite front and back doors from Highland Homestlyle whose service and workmanship was impressive. From Cheryl in sales through to Neil and Andy, who fitted and finished and finished the doors to a high standard, everyone was respectful and professional. Doors look great!! Would definitely recommend.
