I undertook the 7 week personal training program at Greengairs Health & Fitness and found the whole experience so motivating and totally life changing. Karen was an amazing mentor during the program and we absolutely smashed my targets. I now go to the weekly group classes to keep my fitness up. I cant recommend the personal training enough.
