The quality of the chairs we purchased was first rate. We chose leather button backed chairs with walnut legs and couldn't fault the workmanship or the customer service. The leather was top quality. The chairs are also extremely comfortable. I would definitely buy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

I was so pleased with the chairs I had made from The Original Chair company. They very kindly managed to fit in with my time scale because I had a photoshoot and needed them for that. They are beautifully made chairs with a pretty frill of fabric, I sent them my fabric and they made exactly was I wanted, the chairs were perfect for my bedroom schemes, not too large or small, I would highly recommend using this company and I look forward to placing more orders with them in the future, thank you from a very happy customer Charlotte Gaisford

We were interested in the Oslo sofa. Unfortunately it was not in the showroom, but Kate arranged for one to be delivered for us to try. Pleased with its comfort, we then started to consider fabrics for both the sofa's and cushions. Kate and Sarah were extremely patient while we pondered on the right choices. With a selection agreed, we were kept informed by The Original Chair Company all through the process, and sofas arrived exactly on the day that Kate said they would, which was quite a feat given the stage of the pandemic when we placed the order. We are extremely pleased with them, they fit our home exactly and are as we would have wished, they are very comfortable and are of exceptional quality Well Done!
