Recently booked this property for my 50th birthday. 3days at 867 so not exactly cheap accommodation. Due to Covid hitting the family we were unable to stay at the property. We immediately requested Short Stays St Andrews re-advertise the property. After doing all the chasing from our side we have been offered no refund, discount or offer to re-book alternative dates. We also paid a 100 cleaning fee as part of this cost which has not been reimbursed. This company and owner has shown no empathy for our situation which is unacceptable. My advice do not give this Booking Company or owner your money - book elsewhere!

Customer service within this establishment is non existant. At the time of booking, all was fine and my daughter tried to establish and confirm all of the ground rules. After booking, she received a phonecall shortly after from "Laura" to advise that she has cancelled the booking. When my daughter tried to establish why, this person continually spoke over her (with someone else laughing in the background) and ended the call by saying not to book with them again. Rest assured we will not be. I will be leaving this review on every possible platform available due to the absolutely disgusting way in which this individual spoke to my daughter. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
