An excellent MTB venue - really surprised at the lack of reviews! Trails are well prepared and maintained and popular - a busy car park is always a good sign, along with there being a lot of desirable bikes around! The scale of the whole park meant there was never any congestion, but occasionally seeing others, which was useful to ask the way! Its a climb up from the car park, not too steep but a good warm up and made interesting with several trail detours dotted up the climb. We rode the red trails and they were a good and fair challenge and being in the Highlands there was a lot of rocks, boulders and slabs integrated to keep the concentration and feed the sense of achievement!! It was well worth the climb to the top, although no view today! At Decision Rock the red carries straight ahead over further rock slabs and more great trail. Half the descent was rock and gravel trail followed with dirt and flowing turns to crank up the speed! On the downside the trail signing is a little lacking which was going to drop to 4 stars, however a truly fabulous cafe back at the bottom makes this a 5* venue that well be coming back to!!
