        I had a taxi booked for 11:45am to take me to Motherwell station for a train to London. The driver was a no show and I have tried calling 3 times with no answer. This was booked 24 hours in advance and I specifically told the operator I needed the driver to be there on time otherwise Id miss my connecting train. Absolute disgrace. My ticket was non refundable so Its cost me a significant amount of money. Scandalous way to run a business. Avoid like the plague.
