Scott came to assess a damp wall found from home report survey which needed fixed ASAP for the sale of my house. Scott was quick to reassure, explain the issue and fix without disruption to the process of sale, providing necessary guarantee needed. Great job, would definately recommend.

It was a pleasure doing business with Scott Preservation. The works carried out were to correct a rising damp issue I had throughout my house. They done this effectively in a timely matter to a good quality finish. Both Graeme and Jamie who completed the work were hard working and talked me through the process informing me of what they were targeting to achieve each day. They were considerate and tidy throughout the duration of the work. Would definitely recommend, and will be first choice for other building work in my property

From Scott coming out on a Sunday ... yes a Sunday to accommodate me to do a survey & report to the quick squeezing my job in before Xmas to the fantastic and highly professionally and friendly team, this business is outstanding. James conducted the damp treatment and was so helpful at setting my expectations and helping me with covering all my furniture (above & beyond), Graham who did the plastering.... what a character and an absolutely brilliant plasterer. He worked around my timescales as best he could which was great. They also recommended an excellent electrician as a last minute urgent job who was also willing to accommodate. Scott also did timber treatment himself and was so tidy and fast I hardly noticed he was even here!! This level of service from a local company was way beyond my expectations and they really do deserve this positive feedback.

The worst company out there, very low standards, dont carry out the work they quoted for then try to charge extra. The are far better companies out there who can do a much better quality job, steer clear....

Carried out work for me last year and had to come back repeatedly to "fix" the work. I'm still left with an issue in my bathroom that they refuse to correct at their expense. Terrible communication, shoddy work. Avoid at all costs
