We are both retired and had a crisis in November when, at the start of a new bathroom installation, it was discovered that beneath the floor we had a serious rot problem. This happened during a series of hospital appointments and we needed to get this sorted immediately. We had called on Alliance before and asked them not just to take on this job but to help us out as this was an issue that would leave us without washing facilities. Office manager Heather was both sympathetic and helpful and Aaron juggled all sorts of things so work could start immediately on a five-day project. Justin, John and Danny really pulled out the stops in replacing the joists etc and did a great job, while Michael and his plastering team restored two ceilings and a section of wall in just a few hours. We found ourselves in a truly horrible and stressful situation and, from start to finish, Alliance did everything it could to get us through that. We really cant thank all the staff enough; we genuinely dont know how we would have managed without them.

Beware of Alliance. First quote provided will only be a starting point, and is no reflection of final price as contract is 'open ended'. As work develops they issue new contracts and do not make it clear that each subsequent contract is in addition to the last, and is not a revised quote. Final price app. 6 times higher than original quote. Outrageous price gouging.
