        We were scheduled to stay here in September. Booked both hobbit accommodations for two nights. More than 6 weeks prior to our stay we had to cancel due to a major health diagnosis of part of our travel party. When we approached them about postponing, getting a travel credit or a refund they told us to take it up with our travel insurance. Nothing more. No consideration. No understanding. No credit even. Beware if you book them. Their suggestion to "work with our insurance company" is also a farce. They never responded to my plea for understanding. I got one response and then they ignored me. Their attempt at service was no attempt at all. Their suggestion of "threats" is laughable. I simply told them I would make note of their lack of service in my review online. Not a threat: a reality. I gave them every chance to solve the problem.
