JML Garden Rooms

The team at JML have been very efficient and professional - I have enjoyed dealing with them all and have a lot of faith in the quality of build, the materials used and the attention to detail show in the build- thanks to all from a very happy customer.

Ive just had a Lowlander garden room installed in Edinburgh and I am really delighted with it. The quality is excellent and all of the team have been so professional and easy to deal with. They made it very stress free. I would highly recommend to anyone who is after a good quality product.

From start to finish, the customer service was exemplary. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Its clear to see how the care and attention shown by Jackie and the tradespeople who crafted the build, is reflected in the materials, details and overall quality of the outdoor office. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Although slightly more expensive than other companies, I think it was more than worth the extra cost. The process was stress free and the builders were respectful to us and our neighbours.

JML proposed a bespoke garden room for us. We were happy with the design and even though the final cost was high we felt confident, based on their reputation and experience, that they would be a good company to deal with. So we asked them to submit a planning application that was ultimately granted. After the Planning permission was granted JML sent us a revised quote that included, for the first time, 'accommodation and subsistence' costs totalling thousands of pounds as we apparently lived outwith their normal delivery radius. JML had already quoted on this job, been to the property 3 times and been in discussion with us for over a year by this point yet all of a sudden we were outwith their standard delivery area. We immediately terminated our relationship with JML as we felt we could no longer trust them. Good luck finding a good garden room/extension company as we've only had bad experiences so far.
