        Terrible service. Thousands of pounds wasted buying a mobility scooter and letting Stranraer mobility replace the batteries. He did something to the computer which he didn't have to touch (he was changing batteries !). Now my scooter is dangerous! AVOID AVOID AVOID

        I have been using this shop for five years and the service is fantastic and the best I have experienced since my mobility problems began .I used to use a dumfries mobility but it was not as good as the service mr Ellis gives

        I can't believe the previous review.as I walked in I was greeted by a big smile and can I help you. I was advised on what it was I needed I was given a discount as the box was damaged.what a lovely shop and reasonable too.i was well pleased I hope google checks re views I'm sure the previous review was a mistake for somewhere else..rather than avoid I will be back.
