        The window doctor came out, measured up, gave a price, ordered the glass. And never came back. Despite texts, emails, visit to his workshop, despite promises, he never came back. He actually passed my place today, I thought he has come to apologies, didn't stop. Please don't trust like I did.

        Make sure you are not relying on Mike and have a Plan B. I've been waiting months for two jobs he said he'd do. Polite texts to him and phone messages left with his very pleasant wife have been ignored.
