It would be nice to be able to review the treatment I have received. However, following treatment in 2019 I was due a check up in March 2021!!!. Following lock down I finally got through to try to book an appointment in October 2021 to be told the earliest I could get in was October 2022. Made the appointment. Got a letter yesterday to say they had to cancel the appointment but to ring and they would be happy to rearrange. They lied. Rang this morning to be told they are not doing check ups. After expressing my disgust I rang the General Dental council. Apparently if they really refuse to see me they are required to refer me to someone who will under their duty of care obligations. Not holding my breath. The next stage is the complaints procedure.

Partner went in with a broken tooth in January, it is now the 26th March, 5 appointments later and he is still in agony with the same broken tooth, from temporary fillings to try a root canal on a tooth where the root is also broken which should have been seen after xrays, anaesthetic now wearing of and is in pain AGAIN and is expected to wait till the 19th of MAY to be seen again!! Avoid at all costs
