Faultless, Jonny was able to accommodate a last minute larger group of riders + bikes at the Port of Ness after we completed the Heb Way, fantastic warm guy Arrived bang on time & made every effort to help us out / kindly waited on us even whilst we finished a celebratory drink, hoisted all bikes to the roof whilst the bags travelled inside with us / big boot space behind final row of seats Clean quiet multi-person Ford Transit was lovely to take in the view of the route as we drove back on ourselves for part of the ride until the turn for our destination Stornoway [he can do full transfers all the way down to Castlebay / Barra & presumably any in between with negotiation] Had perfect recommendations for dinner / drinks, a genuine interest / involvement in cycling [involved with the Heb triathlon & had great chat about gear / experiences] All-you-could-ask-for package to be whisked away from the lighthouse with spent legs!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Hebholidays for their kindness in lending me a bike during the COVID pandemic for free. I was deployed at very short notice to Stornoway to work with the NHS for 9 weeks and without hesitation they offered me a bike to make life more bearable. I can not wait to come back when this is over to see more of the Islands
