Melissa is invaluable with her skin/skincare knowledge. Im so pleased that I booked a consultation, Ive learnt so much about my skin and the products I use. Ive also learnt how to use them more effectively to reach my skincare goals. Melissa has a very welcoming Clinic, she is patient and is excellent at explaining the science in a way that I can actually comprehend. She definitely knows her stuff , and then some The Hydrafacial is incredible, having never had one before, I wasnt quite sure what to expect but Melissa is fantastic at explaining everything. The treatment was amazing and surprisingly relaxing. I went in with dull & tired looking skin. I left the treatment room with glowing, dewy and rejuvenated skin! The results were instantly noticeable and Im definitely adding this treatment to my monthly routine.

I have issues with my skin for years, felt very self conscious about it. Mel was absolutely brilliant with explaining what she was doing and why. She was very gentle and always made sure I was comfortable at all times. The improvement I saw in my skin gave me a completely new confidence. The chill vibes barely made it even feel like a treatment too. A brilliant experience Mel is a wonderful, caring person who genuinely wants to help you reach your goals.
