        Friendly, helpful, Covid aware so felt safe and very knowledgable. I bought a multi fuel stove as a focal point and back up given my gas heating just went down and power cuts are not unknown so it will give some warmth, the dogs will love it and it can boil a kettle in a crisis. I was sold the best for what I needed, not pushed to buy the most expensive or fancy. They also make a file up with my details and the details of the stove so if, in future, a spare part is needed they know exactly what to get as they know the make, model etc..That's what I call real, oldfashioned and excellent service!
