        They are undoubtedly a good butcher. However, my recent experience was not a good one. My mum (who is in her 80s) asked for Xmas turkey roll for 7 people. Before picking it up, she phoned to ask how much her order would cost. The dry and unfriendly answer was I have absolutely no idea. When I went to pick up her order it was 4.5kg. So 650g per person. Why would a butcher think that it is the right size for 7 people? Its far too big. To me that is taking advantage of customers trust in order to make a profit.
