As always a slick onboarding process and great customer service from the staff made the crossing a simple and pleasant experience. The food catering it's great too with a good selection of value for money options.

Service is as good as it can be in this covid time . They need to put more spaces for Passengers taken dogs onto the vessel either that or passengers that go on by car should leave the dog in the car if they can Doesn't help when they cancel ferries but that can't be helped with the ferries really not be able to cater for all the people .

This vessel is truly resilient, withstanding everything but MetOffice officiated storms; although Im quite sure with the captaincy and skill of the engineers on board it might provided an impressive show of seafaring. Occasionally you will see dolphins and other marine wildlife swimming along side, in my experience this is usually when the voyage is most peaceful. In an attempt to seek refuge from persecution I, a traveller I once toiled the voyage from Ullapool to Stornoway after busking in Inverness and was helped to a lovely Scottish Breakfast and a fair amount of Harris Gin (never to be diluted). However, due to the reserved nature of the locals and their Free Church mentality; a man of my stature, complexities & charisma was mistaken to be a drug mule; the real culprits informed staff who were vigilant enough to search my possessions to ensure the safety of the Outer Hebrides. In the process, many valuable items were taken from me, including jewellery of both sentimental and expensive value. Police were waiting to arrest me on arrival but because of the brilliance of a local crew members that I personally knew, ensuring the authorities of my innocence my voyage was indeed smooth. Its a pity that so many locals get away with mysterious cargo that falls into the hands of children but because of one lady. (Whos next night shall be mine to pay for) This is always my preferred voyage to a place o call home.
