        Wonky chimney and felt I had no choice on position of the chimney hole as it was already done . Not where I asked though . Guys were very polite . The stove is great .so update...7/12/22 . Now the fire putty between the stove and the flu has crumbled and fallen out.

        AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A JOB FROM START TO FINISH. REPORTED CONCERNS WERE DISMISSED WITH COMPLETE ARROGANCE AND REFUSED TO RECTIFY OTHER THAN TO RIP THE WHOLE LOT OUT. BULLYING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ELDERY CUSTOMERS.
