Terrible company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have had first hand experience of these cowboys and they should be avoided like the plague. We paid almost 300 for a "survey". The guy turned up in an Audi TT to do the survey, and then asked to borrow OUR ladders to look on the roof - as he laughingly told us that you couldn't get ladders in his car!!! He didn't check the chassis condition - he simply opened the access hatch and used the torch function on his phone to have a quick peek underneath. It must be a fantastic torch beam - able to light up the entire 40 feet length of our park home - NOT!!! He went around the outside walls with a damp meter and said we had some problems, which we expected to be explained to us, but no. When we received the so-called 'survey report ' it was simply a collection of photos he had taken of the house. We already had plenty of photos of our house - we didn't need or want any more!!! He and his fellow cowboys came to work on a neighbour's roof - no safety gear, no hi viz clothing, no hard hat - nothing. They made such a mess of the roof job that they returned several times over the next six months to fix constant leaks that they ended up replacing the entire roof!!!!! They seem to prefer insurance jobs - I wonder why??? I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole and definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone. I find it strange that a company doesn't have any reviews whatsoever on Google - if they were as good as they said they were, surely you would be able to find lots and lots of reviews from all their satisfied customers ...... Finally, if you do a search on their company registration number it seems their "Business Adviser " resigned ..... I wonder why? Maybe he developed a conscience
