So today I called as I still not received deposit. Woman on the phone was unhelpful to say the least. Told me it had been processed and that's all she can do. Asked when it had been processed and she claimed to not have that information. After reading so many reviews regarding deposits I am now instructing a solicitor to recover it and they can absorb the costs for failing to adhere to the contractual terms THEY set out.
Great company until they have your money, after that they will not want to entertain you.
