Very reasonable prices and customer service was excellent to say the least. This would be a five star rating if they reduced the timescale it takes to have your deposit returned. The policy says 7-10 working days and I have waited 10 days. Even 7-10 working days is excessive. So today I called as I still not received deposit. Woman on the phone was unhelpful to say the least. Told me it had been processed and that's all she can do. Asked when it had been processed and she claimed to not have that information. After reading so many reviews regarding deposits I am now instructing a solicitor to recover it and they can absorb the costs for failing to adhere to the contractual terms THEY set out. Great company until they have your money, after that they will not want to entertain you.
