I had a heated conversation with the pharmacist in here once over a year ago I could not bring my self to use the place again until a few days ago and i got the same pharmacist he went out of his way to help me I cant thank him enough he took time to explain to me about my medication all I can say is thank you so much

Wonderful pharmacy I can not praise and speak highly enough of Charles Michies, Stonehaven. I decided to change pharmacies a year or so ago after having many regular issues at Boots, this caused added stress and anxiety. I was apprehensive but I only wish I changed over sooner as theyve been super. Wether its a regular prescription you need or youre just popping in while on holiday Michies will welcome you with a smile and is happy to help you. The team are so friendly, helpful and caring. I feel the biggest difference is the two brilliant pharmacists Stewart and Paul. They know each person and their medication well. This makes all the difference if a problem arises, when re ordering or if you need advice. They really go out of their way to help. They are knowledgeable and understand most of the products in the shop so can offer helpful solutions to any queries or issues. They are always so patient, it is refreshing to see most of the professionals there take their time with people and I personally appreciate this.

Terrible customer service and ignorant pharmacist for the second time, won't shop at Michie's again. The attitude of the pharmacist here is appalling, no regard for customer satisfaction. I went in after an appointment with my optician to purchase eye drops on their advice and I trust their expertise on the subject a helluva lot more than some ignorant pharmacist on a power trip. I asked the assistant for the drops and he went and asked the pharmacist who said I had to wait TEN MINUTES to speak to the pharmacist before he'd sell them to me. I'd already been examined by the optometrist and advised what to get so I didn't need to wait 10 minutes until the pharmacist decided he was good and ready to talk to me, you know, a customer! I asked the assistant to just sell them to me as my optometrist has advised me to use them and I don't need a consultation with the pharmacist, so he went and asked the pharmacist again who still wouldn't come and talk to me himself and it was a flat no, wait 10 minutes till he's good and ready and decides I'm worthy of his attention. Well I didn't wait, not with that appalling treatment, I went to Boots and the lovely pharmacist there sold me the treatment straight away, taking the time to explain their use and adverse effects to look out for. They were cheaper too! That's the second time I've came away from Michie's pharmacy Stonehaven and had to go elsewhere to get what I need because of the deplorable customer service and bad attitude from the pharmacists at Michie's. There won't be a third time. The pharmacist was right there, the assistant asked him twice, yet he didn't even acknowledge my existence or look at me, and asking me to wait 10 minutes seemed to be for no other reason than he could. That's not just rude it's vindictive and hostile. I won't be giving my custom there or any Michie's again, not when that's their standard of service.
