I have worked with Steve for almost a year now and he is excellent at what he does. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and healthy living. He does not judge and is super encouraging to everyone whatever their ability. He trains you hard if you wish but gives you options if he sees you are struggling and makes sure that you maintain form to avoid any injuries. His classes are enjoyable and offer a variety of different formats and exercises. with his on- line classes he is still able to offer a high standard as he communicates well and frequently checks that you are still doing the exercises correctly. He supports you to achieve your best and more and always makes you think positively about your fitness.

I love Steve's classes! He offers lots of different options so whatever level of fitness you are at you can work at your own pace. He gives supportive individual feedback throughout the classes to help you make the most of the exercises. I used to find in other fitness classes that I'd spend so much time getting up and down off the floor that the exercise would be over by the time I was ready but with Steve's classes I can take part in every exercise and I've learned that speed doesn't necessarily mean you are working effectively. Steve's classes are targeted and are really improving my core strength, flexibility and fitness. He repeats the exercises so as you go through the week you feel more confident in the class and therefore work more effectively. The ethos in the classes is friendly, supportive and Steve offers lovely little nuggets of wisdom as to why an exercise will help. Give the classes a go- you'll find a lovely group of people all working hard on their own goals being led by an inspiring and knowledgeable trainer.
