Nurtured Baby

We attended Nicole's baby massage class and I would highly recommend it. It's a very valuable life skill to learn and one of the very nice means to bond with the baby. Thanks Nicole !

We have attended three blocks of classes run by nurtured baby now and they all have been fantastic. First we did baby massage via zoom due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic. Great class, with lots of massage techniques learnt for different parts of the body with lovely rhymes or songs to go along with them. For me it was really good to do a recap of the previous weeks massages each week and the ones that helped us most were the specific massages for babies suffering from reflux and colic. Overall a grear skill that can be used again and again no matter how old your child is. Being in your own home was great too as you had everything you needed at hand and if your baby needed fed or fell asleep you didn't have to rush or move them to go home and with cameras on and a group WhatsApp chat it still felt like we met other mums. Following on from massage we did the Mini Movers Class via zoom. Matthew and I both enjoyed it; it was a mixture of massage, music, movement and sensory. For me it was good to hear new rhymes and songs and Matthew really enjoyed using all the items that we got in our box of goodies to use during the classes (scarf, light up ball, bells, bubbles, mirror, space blanket) which was included in the price. The only thing that would have made this class even better would have been if it was in person. We also attended the Nature Baby Class in Dunnottar woods. A relaxed class promoting baby wearing and enjoying the outdoors. It was great to take a bit of time just to focusing on yourself, your baby and the outdoors with the added bonus of meeting a lovely group of ladies and their babies; we've met up once since the class finished and hopefully we'll manage to arrange more walks in the near future . I would highly recommend any of the classes Nicole offers.

Wonderful experience. Nicole has such a lovely way of guiding you and your baby through the course, that you feel relaxed, connected and bonded to your baby. Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable of massage and connected areas and imparts this knowledge in a gentle, interesting way that opens up your curiosity too. Really enjoyed this course! Absolutely Fantastic! Nicole is very knowledgable and has provided us with support both on reusable nappies and in transitioning to a toddler carrier. The service that nurtured baby offers of Loan a carrier (or multiple in our case) has enabled me to make the right choice for both me and my daughter, and she was on hand to offer support all the way through to make sure I was comfortable. Absolutely Fantastic Highly Recomend and an asset to have in our community
