        I am not a plumber but due to the shortage of plumbers willing to take on small jobs in Stonehaven Ive found myself here several times over the past few weeks. Despite my amateur plumbing status, Matthew and the other staff have always been friendly and helpful. Because I didnt know what I would need, I over bought the plumbing parts and joints I thought I might need on the understanding that I could bring the surplus back. I did that a few days later with no issues and NO restocking fee as mentioned by another reviewer. Matthew recommended we go to the Wolseley showroom in Aberdeen to look at sinks and toilets and we were equally impressed there. See separate review. Great job guys!

        Visited there yesterday. Helped by two assistants. Both very helpful and found or should I say adapted a part so that I can hook my water trough back up. Better than looking online. Thanks Guys!

        Disgraceful company. They charge a ludicrous 25% restocking fee for all sales and you can't even take the item back to any branch, it has to be the same one you bought from. Crooks!
