Zoom hypnotherapy session: Janey is a very welcoming and kind therapist who puts you at ease with her calm and knowledgeable approach to her therapies. Her calm and respectful approach helped me me let my guards down to help me explore issues I had been struggling with for a while . She is so good that she trusted the process and knew intuitively what was right for me, as I found my own way to release my own tension. A true therapist allows their clients to self heal which is exactly what Janey did for me. Thank you Janey . I would highly recommend going to see Janey especially if its your first time of trying out this type of therapy.

I have been going to Janey for several years - she helps me keep my back limber!! Today she asked me if I'd like to try a new facial reflexology that she's about to start. No brainer! It was bliss, so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. I would recommend Janey to anyone who would prefer less invasive and harsh therapies as a way to keep their body healthy. She has magic hands.
