I've used Tom for a few back issues before, so decided to give him a crack at the knee. He did an ultrasound of the joint to confirm there was no underlying damage, and then manipulated all the usual trouble spots. Eventually he found a very tight and painful little muscle in the back of the knee, which he told me was associated with over-striding. He reset it and told me to get back out in the hills and to get back to him if it didn't solve the problem.
I managed to get out and do the three Cairnwell Munros recently including a steep descent straight down the side of The Cairnwell itself. Lo and behold, no more knee pain! I'm calling that fixed. Money most certainly well spent.
Thanks Tom!
