        Arrived at centre on sat 23rd july 2.30 is to be waved on by one attendant the another fat jobsworth wouldn't open the barrier and said I needed to book a slot and he didn't make the rules. Honestly? When there were only a few people in, I visited back in April and there was no need to book so when were the rules changed? You are just asking for people to dump stuff in the street. Tipical out of touch council work ethos!!!
