I recently had an issue with the central locking mechanism on my Jaguar XF and took it to Garage North East 4x4. The diagnostic work was done using Autologic equipment and the technician, Iain, was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly and at a fair price. Iain and the team took my Landrover Discovery Sport in after it experienced a full canbus melt down with all the controls and and dashboard lights going into disco/rave mode! He was able to diagnose the issue and locate it to a faulty rear haldex coupling controller. Whilst waiting for the parts to arrive he got the vehicle mobile so we could still use it which was awesome. Had a small issue and needed a part for our defender. Got helped immediately and without any problems. The owner was really nice and even borrowed us some tools. Very good price and experience, definitely recommended!

We had an alternator fail whilst we were on holiday and they went above and beyond to help us. They saved our holiday and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
