        Reviewing the building, I can only say is it contains history. Walk around, you feeling the history of the place. Classical Scouting Iconography and pictures decorate the walls. Though accesswises. Inside the stairs could use some rails for the staircases. And is not always the softest building. Historywise, it's good. Could do with some updating though
