    Katie White Yoga is wonderful. Katie is the best yoga teacher I have had, with an excellent balance between strength, flexibility, breathwork. The spaces used are comfortable, warm and cosy. Highly recommended.

    Whether online or in Katies studio these are accessible but pleasingly challenging classes delivered with great knowledge, style, inclusiveness and a good dash of humour. Basically the perfect yoga practice! 10/10

    Katie has such a great way of teaching yoga. Her focus on functional movement ensures you are doing the movements in a way that supports your body, not hurting it. Doing the practice has changed the way my body feels, the aches and pains I thought were just part of aging have disappeared. When I skip a week of practice my body and mood suffer. The flexibility of recorded sessions and zoom practices allows me to practice much more frequently than I ever have before. I don't know how I would have made it through the last couple years without Katie.

    Ive been practicing with Katie for a while now and it has been an absolute joy. The online classes were a lifeline during lockdown and I dont know how Katie does it, but I love that every class is still unique. Katie brings her personality with a sense of fun, kindness and juicy pockets of wisdom to classes. Id had injuries on and off for years from running and climbing which combined with the bad habits that sitting at a desk all day creates did not leave me moving well. After a few months of Katies classes my posture had changed and nerve pain after a full day of work had totally disappeared. More importantly though, it leaves you a little kinder to yourself each day. The retreats are something else. A total reset and recharge which with all the pressures of day-to-day life, feels luxurious. Katie brings such lovely people together! I went along to a retreat having never met anyone and immediately feel welcomed and able to be myself. Also, the venues are in such beautiful places and every meal a super yummy feast! Katie is warm, funny, creative and wise, what more could you want in a yoga teacher?
