John was extremely knowledgable and shared very interesting historical events that shaped the places we visited. He is a considerate guide who made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout the journey. He was willing to be flexible to accommodate our detours, something we greatly appreciate.
Susan was extremely prompt and clear on emails and ensured a very smooth booking process and itinerary planning. She even accommodated our request to see the Glenfinnan Viaduct (the Harry Potter train!). All her accommodation recommendations were also excellent, saving us the additional research.

John skilfully elicited our interests, and tailored the stops along the way accordingly. Susan & John recommended that we spend two nights in Fort Augustus, a small town on the banks of Loch Ness. This was then a base for touring, and an excellent suggestion which limited the packing and unpacking we had to do.
Scotland is a fascinating place. Don't limit your trip to the cities -- work with Susan and John to customise an itinerary that suits you. They offer excellent service that is worth every penny you'll spend. Go Sublime!
