        Booked online on Sunday for a Monday morning pickup. Website said someone would confirm booking. No one did. Called them Sunday evening to confirm. No answer. Called them twice early on Monday morning - no answer. Got a 1 line email from them 30 mins before planned pick up time saying 'Sorry no availability'. Very poor service.

        Me and my friend were outside Stirling taxi rank. And the taxi pulled up and took me to Falkirk then took my friend to Glasgow. Car was in great condition and the music was good. Overall great guy and great experience. Helped us out big time
