        Atrocious. USed the online booking system and paid then told I needed to pay in cash at the end so was charger twice. Driver was awful, rude and aggresive and I didn't feel safe. AVOID.

        Don't use this company's app! I booked a taxi online and attached my card details to the ride. While waiting for the taxi I tracked it and saw it was waiting a few minutes up the road. As I walked up to it I saw the driver loading bags into the back of the car and two people getting in. When I confronted him about it he realised that the people getting in weren't the right people and unpacked their stuff and told them to leave. However the security is clearly lacking. If people are putting their card details to their taxis the drivers need to check its the right people. I could've been charged a fortune for a ride I never took and how could I prove it.
