        Booked a Taxi for 3.45am to take me from stirling premier inn to Edinburgh Airport, got to 4.10am and no show, tried calling them for an update and just kept getting auto message they would answer when available. Keep holding and holding and gave up. Very poor service when you have a flight to catch. Thanks to Alba Taxi's for helping me out

        Totally unreliable. Booked 8 seater for for a midnight collection - didn't arrive until 1.20am! Called office repeatedly to be told every time that the pickup would in 20mins. Will never use again.
