        Appauling customer service. Went to attend ice skating to be refused entry (The door shut right infront of us). When we went to reception we were told to go back to the rear door. We were then met by Dunc (Ice Tech) who was rude, aggressive and disrispectful to both myself and the kids. HQ has been contacted and a complaint raised. I would not reccomend going here under any circumstances. Dunc is absolutley vile towards customers and children. So much so they now refuse to return.
