Decided to have my first Botox done, as I noticed my frown lines were becoming quite deep. After checking out a lot of places I went to Frown Docs. I was very apprehensive on the day of the visit, when I arrived I was welcomed by a really friendly team. Dr Risha who done the Botox was so good at putting me at ease. She carried out the procedure with such professionalism and care. The results were amazing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them in the future. One of the reasons I chose Frown Docs was because the work is done by Doctors.

From the moment someone opens the door and you walk inside you feel welcome, pampered and relaxed. Yesterday I visited FrownDocs for a skin lesion removal. I had considered this procedure for a long time and finally I plucked up the courage. I had an in depth consultation with Dr Caroline who explained the removal process clearly and put me at ease. The procedure involved having an anasthetic to numb the area before the actual removal. After the area was numb I honestly couldn't feel a thing. It was over so quickly. Today I am left with a tiny scab where the lesion once was. This will decrease in size over the next week and then be gone leaving me looking and feeling much more confident in myself. Thank you so much for putting me at ease and removing my lesion. Can't recommend FrownDocs highly enough. What a service !
