Came for a day out in Stirling from Glasgow and came across this wee place. Came in for drinks and we were going to order food but the second drink we ordered I got given vodka with Diet Coke instead of normal coke. I cant touch anything with sweeteners. Totally fine Ill just say to the bar staff and get it changed. Soon as I went up I said to the girl and she asked what was wrong with it I told her I cant take diet drinks and after looking at me like I had 2 heads she asked me who served me so I pointed to the guy. The guy came over n said nah your husband definetely asked for a Diet Coke. No he definetely asked for a coke why would he ask for diet if my husband knows I physically cannot touch diet drinks?? The guys obviously misheard and made us out to be liars. Not very good customer service! They did reluctantly replace it but both had some attitude. We finished our drinks and didnt bother staying for food after the way they made us feel. Definetely wont be back
