Don't go anywhere near this company. They can change their name from Grant Management to Grant Property to Sandstone Property, it doesn't matter. It's the same crowd with the same warped, inept and horrendous approach to students and renters in Stirling. We had to involve the council, the private rented housing panel and eventually the managing director. They left us with walls covered in mould in the bedrooms for months on end and nothing was ever done and then tried to charge us for the mould when we moved out, despite raising it with them time and again. Do not go anywhere near them. It's not worth it. I wish I could give negative stars.

If i could give less than one star i would. The worst property management company i have ever dealt with. From the very beginning they were difficult to deal with. The only time you hear from them is when it suits them other than that expect extremely late replies ( if you get one at all).we had a broken window pane in the property for two months and was only contacted 2 weeks AFTER we moved about getting it fixed, not much good then. Dont expect to see your deposit at all even if the property is in perfect condition. They will fine you regardless to line their own pockets. Will definitely never go with this company again.

Would not recommend this company at all. My daughter moved into a shared flat and then had to move back out almost immediately her bedroom had a bad damp issue. In all she was unable to stay in her room for 4-5 weeks. The problem after this was that we had paid rent for this period and the company didnt feel we were due it back in its entirety. So we ended up paying in part for accommodation which was unable to be used. Please be very aware of this should you choose to do business with this company, I would however advise against any dealings with this company.
