        Staff are usually friendly and efficient but today however was served by a elderly woman who instead of depositing 220 into my account she some how withdrew 110 from my account luckily I checked my account balance on my phone then returned to query this she did not apologize but said I've had a busy day luckily the manager intervened and apologized then sorted out the chaos people like her should not be dealing with the general public. So I will be avoiding using Riverside po again it's a shame because apart from that older lady everyone in there is friendly nice and good at there job .

        Opening time says from 6 am to 10 pm, went to the shop at 07:25 was told to wait outside the shop for 10 minutes as the girl was still sorting out news paper and shop door was locked
