We used this company on a couple of occasions for much smaller jobs and we always felt we were being treated fairly and openly, which builds trust, and that's really important when you're having something done on your house which I myself have absolutely no clue about. So, when our not so trusty ancient boiler finally blew up on a cold weekend in February, leaving us with no heating or hot water, Scott Mckenzie plumbing felt like the obvious choice. They were very quick to respond, fair with the price, then put a mammoth shift in to get us up and running again in freezing conditions. I think that when you find a firm like this, think about putting them on a retainer Would recommend, in fact I did so to my next door neighbour who was also delighted with the outcome of a massive job he had done.
