Kirstys Melt sessions are the best. She has such a lovely style, encouraging and supportive in the best possible way. The melt exercises are so simple and easy it seems almost impossible they will make a difference, but they certainly do! Everyone should know about this stuff. Kirsty has so much knowledge about the body and how we deal (or dont deal) with stress, and shes shares freely and clearly.

Kirsty is an extremely knowledgeable teacher; her background in all things movement - from sports to Pilates - means she has a lot to share. She is very patient and thorough when explaining the movements, and I feel very looked after in her class, even virtually! Her Friday MELT class is a treat at the end of a long week.

I have only just discovered the melt method taught my Kirsty at improve with pilates. I am always amazed around how this gentle easing into a soft roller can have such profound effects. Today's workshop was like a two hour body meditation for me. I almost drifted off at one point but the difference in my posture, balance and lightness I feel is awesome. It is definitely like giving yourself a massage. Highly recommend.
