For the first time ever, I have stuck to regular exercise, because Elaine at Stirling Fitness keeps the Pilates classes interesting, fun and encourages progress at an individual pace. I have been going to Elaine's Pilates classes for more than 18 months and in that time my health and fitness have improved dramatically. When I started I could barely touch my toes; now I can do planks and various other exercises that I couldn't do when I was younger. Elaine makes sure that you can enjoy the classes whatever your ability. Highly recommended!

I've been going to the studio for over 3 years now, first as a great de-stress after long office based work days and since retirement as an excellent way to make sure I stay fit. Most importantly it's made a major difference to my osteoarthritis hip. Elaine's classes are varied and fun, and her long experience is evident in a sensitive way of guiding and correcting. You never feel you have to achieve beyond what is possible while pleasantly challenged. The classes in the airy studio are certainly the best option, but online is a great addition. The reasonable cost is more than worth it!

I started out at Stirling Fitness as a 1:1 Pilates client in Elaines studio which is purpose-built airy and plenty of space. With lockdown, Elaine was able to offer online sessions and it was super to be able to continue despite COVID restrictions. Elaines style of teaching is great. She readily adjusts the exercises to match my ability and varies the programme in each session with different approaches, so it never becomes boring. I really enjoy my Pilates sessions and would recommend them to anyone interested in maintaining physical fitness.

I have been going to Elaine at Stirling fitness for almost 10 years now and love it! Initially I had 121 personal training to recover from a major operation then once my strength had returned joined the classes. I like the flexibility of online or studio classes and the mix of different things you can do - Pilates, fitness yoga, high intensity circuits. Elaine is great at catering for all levels and abilities in the same class. Everyones really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
