Waited for 20 minutes for Pharmacist and gave up

Not helpful at all. We are tourists from Spain. Came with a tonsilitis problem and they sent us to the wrong doctor and wouldn't help us at all. We went to another pharmacy, where the staff was very helpful and got us an appointment with a doctor in order to get amoxicilin for the tonsilitis. Don't go there if you have any slightly difficult emergency, they won't make any kind of effort for you.

After waiting 15 minutes just to hand prescription in for 2 antibiotics and cream for my sick, elderly mum I was told antibiotics were in but not cream told half an hour to make up.. then returned for another 20 minute wait before being told actually only had 1 antibiotic in stock shocking service, especially when Im half an hour drive away and not advised when to return next day to collect go to Tesco pharmacy more helpful

I waited 20 minutes (in the back of the pharmacy there was a slim boy with short hair and glasses hiding and writing on the phone) he took the prescription from me and said that I could come back in 20-30 minutes. When I asked why it took so long, he replied that I should go to the Tesco pharmacy if I have a problem....
