Karen was great with him, giving him his favourite treat to help him gain her trust and relax him.
His grooms are always what I ask for and done to a high standard.
Hamish is now quite happy to be handed over to Karen for his grooms which is a massive relief for me as a protective dog Mum.
A wee after then before pic so you can see how well his groom is. The little bandana presents are a thoughtful touch too.
I would highly recommend Karen.
