Phoned in to discuss getting our car booked in for a recall issue. Was promised a call back within the week and 2 weeks later no call. My husband called again and was told once more that his details were being passed to the team in charge. Again no call back. Thankfully the Glasgow store were able to assist with the matter promptly.

Customer Service is non existing in the service department. Never call back, never reply to emails and now my car has been there for five days without being looked at even though the RAC brought it there with multiple warning lights on dashboard. After five days they called me today to ask if I had the keys! As they needed to move it to gain access to another car. Prompt service I dont think so.
