The Personal Touch

Not sure if there was a misunderstanding, but they wouldn't give me a bra fitting as I had one at another shop, the first shop I was never measured etc and wanted a second opinion as I wasn't comfortable in the bras they gave me.. Personal Touch refused and told me to go back to the shop I was unhappy with, I just wanted to see if the sizes matched up. Disappointed, left feeling a bit embarrassed even tho I told them I hadn't done alot of bra shopping before and wasn't sure what I was doing :/ my mum and sister weren't impressed either. If they aren't confident in being right then don't have a professional shop in that field? I went to primark and got my bras..

WENT IN LATE IN AFTERNOON. WE AND MY SISTER GOT FITTED FOR BRAS. TOOK A WHILE TRYING DIFFERENT STYLES AND BRANDS GOT THEIR IN THE END. BOTH LADYS WERE VERY HELPFUL.

Will never be back, customer service is terrible. I wanted a strapless bra and was handed something that looked like it came with a prescription. I was also told the bra I had on was the wrong size, thst particular bra I had bought in thst shop only 3 months previous. When I said that then the women said I must of put on a load of weight. Which I have not. Off to Glasgow to boux avenue, were the strapless bras are stunning and customer service excellent. Only gave one star as no option to give none.

Went in to return an item it just didn't fit right and i wasnt happy with the fit, the older woman was a little bit on the rude side about it all. Had no issues at all the with other two younger girls working there, dealt with me with no bother at all. And my sister wanted to get measured, for the older lady to come cross and be like if we measure you need to buy, Which my sister never bought a bra and went elsewhere got measured and was cheaper too for the same brand of bra's.

Great, professional service. The staff helped me to find a bra to go with my low cut wedding dress. They helped me find the right size, which was completely different to the sizing I had in another shop.
