Sublime Birthing

Firstly, Id like to thank Janette for being part of the biggest part of my life so far. The service I received was fantastic. Simple and a smooth process for my birthing partner also. If I ever have another baby the first thing Ill do is book Janette to have my placenta encapsulated again. I had a C-section 4th November and my capsules were hand delivered on 6th by Janette. As soon as I started to take the capsules (5 mins after delivery) I started to feel a lot better mentally and physically. My after pains from the section became a lot less and my milk was in within 12 hours of my first dose. I also received a beautiful cord keepsake and placenta prints and oil which I use daily on me and my baby (has actually taken away his cradle cap!!). Such a beautiful service and beautiful person. If you are reading this then go for it, you will not regret it. Also I was very high risk for PND, so far so good I have never felt better. Thank you so so much Janette you are a beautiful person providing a beautiful service. Xxx

I am so glad that I found Janette as she made the whole process of placenta encapsulation so easy! She answered all my questions and explained everything fully. This is my first baby so after looking into encapsulation I decided it was something I really wanted. I gave birth at 2pm at hospital and Janette had picked up my placenta by 5:30pm that day and then had my capsules and frozen smoothie mix to me the next day. I have been using the capsules for 12 days now and really feel they have helped with postpartum healing/milk supply and baby blues which I dont feel I really had and put this down to the capsules. The smoothie gave myself a well needed boost when I have been up for 7 hours one night with little Miss Bonnie. To anyone thinking of placenta encapsulation I would highly recommended and I wouldnt use anyone other than Janette. Thank you so much for quick delivery and for providing this service.

I got my placenta encapsulated by Janette 2 months ago and the service was great. Her attention to detail with the information and packaging was really clear and easy to follow, for both the midwives and my husband. She was super quick at dropping off the capsules, I received them the day after giving birth and there was also a little pink rabbit in the bag too. Such a thoughtful addition! Would definitely recommend Janette to someone looking to get their placenta encapsulated!

My course at Sublime Birthing really changed the way I felt about my pregnancy and birth. I ended up needing a planned c-section and was absolutely terrified. Janette supported me throughout and helped me and my partner to learn techniques to keep me focused, positive and in control. I couldnt have done it without her. I look back on the birth of my daughter now as one of the most special times of my life.

I opted for placenta encapsulation with Janette 2 months ago and her service was great! I only considered placenta encapsulation when I was 38 weeks pregnant(so pretty late!), but as Janettes website says, it is never too late as long as you contact her prior to the birth! Her service was excellent! After my initial message, Janette replied straight away, the cool bag and cool packs for storage, packaging and information were delivered by Jannette herself the next day and on reading these, it was clear what the process would be to ensure adequate storage and use of my placenta. On going into labour and being admitted to the hospital, Jannette was messaged as per the instructions, then again on giving birth when the placenta was ready for collection. We gave birth during COVID lockdown, so it was a bit strange and Janette couldnt come into the ward to collect, but the process was amazingly simple and my capsules were ready the next day before I was even back home. Again Janette popped round to deliver the placenta capsules herself just a couple of hours after I was back home which was great service! The whole process was amazingly simple and Jannette is so lovely! Her service is excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning to get their placenta encapsulated! As this is my first pregnancy, I dont have a previous birth and recovery from birth experience to compare it to, but I feel I have coped a lot better mood and energy-wise than I would have expected, especially given the lack of sleep which I would usually really struggle with. If we ever have another baby, I will definitely be using Janette for her services again!
