I walked in on a whim to enquire about hair removal - I wasn't sure if suitable for fine hairs, and wanted to be sure before making an appointment. The lady said she was busy and asked me to phone instead. I called the next day, trying to briefly explain my situation, but was given the same response - several other people waiting in the shop, please just make an appointment. I hoped for the best and agreed, but a few days later, after doing more research, I had more doubts about the suitability of the treatment. Wondering whether I should cancel a full appointment (and not wanting to prepare unnecessarily by not shaving for weeks in advance!), I tried once more in the shop, hoping to show and explain to her why I had doubts about the treatment (and therefore the appointment). She appeared from the back, looked at me briefly and said my hair looked too fine, but reminded me of my appointment next week, asked me to 'please not do this to her' while she had a customer in, then left me standing there, after less than 2 min conversation, unsure what to do. Perhaps great for tattoos or when you know exactly what you need, but she seems constantly harassed, and unable to make the time to listen outside a formal (I presume chargeable) appointment.
