Terrible communication. Several phone calls went unanswered as did an email. No out of office or 'sorry we're busy but will get back to you' message. Finally received an initial text message a week or so after I had tried to contact the company the first time. Then after I responded to this initial text, it was four days before a further text arrived at 0720 asking if someone could come out that same day. That wasn't good me for me, so I texted back asking for someone to come out a few days later when I could be at home. No response to this text. I waited a few days and texted again asking if it was possible to get someone out or not. Again, no response. I have clearly been ghosted. If this is the company's response to an enquiry into repairing a roof leak with possible roof replacement work, I would hate to see how they deal with actually doing any work; particularly if there are issues. A potential customer shouldn't have to work this hard to get hold of someone. Equally, communicating by text at unsociable hours with any response then just being ignored is unprofessional. I do not recommend this company based on extremely poor customer service/ communication alone.

Called on a Thursday to arrange for a roof survey as I recently bought the place and wanted a once over to see about any preventative work needed. Alistair and the team came on the Monday and gave it a look over and cleared my blocked downpipe while they were at it. There was a delay in getting the quote but Alistair couldn't have done enough to make up for it and guaranteed the roof for the next 12 months. Service: Roof inspection

Had our gutters cleaned recently. Very polite, very professional and very tidy! I think you'd struggle to find better tradesmen. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks guys!

I I requested a quote for a job to be done, I was asked if I could be at my home the next day for 3pm and by 325 no one turned up, I then received a txt from the person Aliatair that due to covid there are not coming out and could I send a picture of the work!! Why not ask me just to do that and save me time off work and replacement of staff to do my job while I was away. Anyway I thought fair enough,! Things happen and I took the pics and sent them as requested Was then told they would get back to me that night! Well after numerous messages they havent bothered !! This is now 4 days later Im really unhappy at such bad service and lack off communication between the person sending someone out and the person ment to be out My time is money as well not just this companys A simple answer that they cant or dont want the job would of done. Please dont waste you hopefully clients times by saying you will turn up and you dont bother Not even an apology or a call All done by txt Shocking service If you have a big job they may turn up If small then doubt you will see them
